A guest lecture delivered by the President Supreme Constitutional Court of Palestine, Ali Jamil Muhanna during the judges guest lecture series of the Global South Network on Tuesday 7 May 2024 at 11:00 UK time/13:00 Palestine time.

President Supreme Constitutional Court of Palestine Honourable Ali Jamil Muhanna was previously the Legal Advisor to the President of the State of Palestine, from January 2019 until June 2023. He was the Chief Justice and Head of the Supreme Court from June 2014 to December 2015. Prior to that, Justice Muhanna was a member of the Founding Council of the Palestinian Bar Association and Vice President of the Council. He was the Chairman of the Palestinian Bar Association from April 2007 to December 2011. He also served the 14th, 15th, and 16th Palestinian governments as the Minister of Justice.
